Starting a String Program

Many programs for at-risk and underserved kids are approaching CFKF for advice on starting a new string program. We’ve created some materials that give an example for how a new program can look, and common expenses related to startup and instrument cost with a CFKF matching grant. Every program is different, but these examples can serve as a starting point for those interested in adding a string program to their activities in support of children through music.
