CFKF donation to The Boston Symphony
July 2015 CFKF donated a 1/2 sized violin to The Boston Symphony’s instrument playground, where thousands of children coming to Tanglewood can touch and play with a stringed instrument for the first time.

Manassas MAPS first public performance
Today the MAPS strings played in public for the first time, including some of the instruments from the grant. It was for me the realization of a dream. It may not have been the most flawless performance ever but it was MUSIC and it was GOOD.
